We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of Experience Host in Cusco. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure itinerary compliance. Prepare operational kits, welcome kits, and passenger documentation. Supervise the proper execution of services during the trip. Manage and resolve operational incidents. Ensure passenger safety and well-being. Adapt the experience according to traveler needs and preferences. Collect feedback for continuous service improvement. Requirements: Graduate or technical degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields. Experience in travel agencies, tour operators, or operational departments (preferred). Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. Strong customer-service orientation and attention to detail. Organizational skills and problem-solving ability. Availability to travel and work on-site (Cusco and surrounding areas).
