We are looking for an Operations Assistant for our team in Cusco. If you are a dynamic, proactive individual with experience in the tourism sector, this may be the opportunity you are looking for. · Responsibilities: Reschedule drivers, transporters, and tour guides as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. Log and monitor incidents related to tourism services to ensure prompt resolution. Answer calls at the telephone switchboard and provide timely solutions to customers and suppliers. Coordinate with suppliers and the sales department to resolve issues and deliver effective solutions. Perform daily review and verification of incidents using the occurrence report issued every 24 hours. Collaborate with service reports and discharge records to resolve incidents effectively. Comply with Occupational Health and Safety guidelines and regulations.
