Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Director in Pharmacy and Biochemistry to lead and manage pharmaceutical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and comprehensive pharmaceutical care in Cusco. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the pharmaceutical market in magistral preparations. 2. Manage technical staff and ensure compliance with DIGEMID, GMP, GDP, and GLP regulations. 3. Provide pharmaceutical care and quality control of preparations. We are Q.F. FARMACIA DE MEDICAMENTOS PERSONALIZADOS, a Peruvian pharmacy chain dedicated to delivering personalized, comprehensive care with excellent service to our patients. To date, we operate 29 pharmacies nationwide and are leading the pharmaceutical market in magistral preparations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry. Licensed and registered with current dispensing authorization. 1–2 years of experience in Technical Director roles. Experience managing technical staff and complying with DIGEMID, GMP, GDP, and GLP regulations. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Valid health certificate. Proactive, disciplined, with strong commitment and sense of responsibility. Responsibilities: Pharmaceutical care. Preparation, packaging, and quality control of pharmaceutical preparations. Compliance with current regulations for pharmaceutical establishments with preparation areas. Compliance with GMP / GDP / GLP. Management of technical and auxiliary staff.
