Job Summary: This role ensures proper maintenance of coffee machines, provides technical solutions, and safeguards brand image. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure maintenance of coffee machines at both workshop and end customer 2. Provide technical solutions, repair, installation, and training 3. Inspect equipment and ensure brand image Job Objective: Ensure proper maintenance throughout the service life of all coffee machines, both at the workshop and at the end customer site. Main Responsibilities: Follow the work order (WO) entry and closure procedure in the real-time machine management system. Follow the established service route, ensuring accurate documentation for each visit. Comply with company-defined safety, occupational health, and food safety policies to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all staff. Execute vehicle fleet usage and care guidelines per procedure MT-P-02. Perform other duties related to the area as directed by immediate supervisor. Inspect equipment status at customer sites, ensuring correct brand image and proper uniform usage. Provide technical solutions to customers, including equipment repair, installation, maintenance, and training. Follow established guidelines for credit card handling per information bulletin (FC-I-09). Requirements: Technical degree in Electricity, Electromechanics, Refrigeration, or related fields. Experience in repair, installation, and configuration of equipment in electronics, electromechanics, and refrigeration fields. Availability to travel within and outside Cusco. Personal vehicle and valid driver's license (Desirable).
