**RESPONSIBILITIES** · Conduct architectural surveys and collect technical field data · Knowledge of ITSE · Create, update and/or develop architectural and specialty drawings (electrical, sanitary, etc) · Supervise field work · Prepare technical reports, documentation and reports as required · Assist in preparing and tracking municipal procedures · Review and analyze technical drawings · Coordinate with various internal departments **REQUIREMENTS** · Graduate in Architecture · Proficient in: Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up · Knowledge of dimensions, current regulations, measurements, drawing interpretation and technical criteria · Basic to intermediate level in MS Project · Experience or familiarity with ITSE · Organized, responsible, proactive, and good communication skills **WE OFFER** · Work location: Cusco · Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with 1-hour break · RH for the first 3 months Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Work location: On-site
