PMP certification is preferred. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum accumulated general experience of 120 months in public and/or private sectors. * Minimum accumulated specific experience of 5 contracts, each lasting no less than 6 months, as Resident Engineer, Supervisor, or Inspector, in the execution of urban stormwater drainage works, urban sanitary sewer system works, or roadworks including stormwater drainage components. * \*Experience is calculated from the date of professional licensure. **FUNCTIONS** * Technical supervisor of the construction project. * Technical, administrative, and economic-financial oversight of the construction project. * Monitoring physical and financial progress of the project against the construction schedule. * Oversight of contractual obligations of natural or legal persons involved in the project (technical and administrative staff, subcontractors, suppliers). * Leads the construction process and work teams, ensuring quality control, environmental management, safety, occupational health, social component, traffic management, and archaeological component compliance. * Leads the preparation of the Code of Conduct document (including formats and procedures), which must be approved by Supervision prior to commencement of works for implementation during construction. * Conducts in-person and virtual meetings with on-site technical personnel and, as required, with other stakeholders, to develop strategies supporting successful project execution. * Performs other duties derived from contractual documents and in compliance with applicable technical standards for each construction process. \*Must explicitly meet the required experience.
