Support in preparing settlements and financial statements ***The company is looking for an accounting technician for the accounting department who can work under pressure and analytically, and meets the following profile:*** ***EDUCATION:*** ***Completed technical studies (3 years, graduation certificate) or final university cycles.*** **REQUIREMENTS** * Tax knowledge. * Knowledge of payroll calculation, PLAME, AFP, and settlements. * Knowledge of deductions, withholdings, and perceptions. * Knowledge of CP regulations. * MS Excel proficiency (intermediate level). * Accounting systems knowledge (MANDATORY) * Bank reconciliation knowledge. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the field is desirable. * Knowledge of the PCGE (General Accounting Plan). * Graduate of Technical Studies. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Recording of purchases and sales * Recording of travel allowances * Payments to suppliers * Downloading and validation of SIRE receipts * Expense accruals in the accounting system * Preparing bank reconciliations * Recording of petty cash and cost center expenses * Supporting preparation of monthly settlements and declarations (IGV, Income Tax, PDT, PLAME, etc.) * Supporting preparation of financial statements * Cost knowledge (not mandatory) * Other duties assigned by the Accountant.
