We are looking for your talent, join our great family We are looking for: 01 Professional for the Human Talent Management area – Huaraz Campus **Apply through the following link:** https://seleccionucv.evaluar.com/trabajo/huaraz\-profesional\-gestion\-del\-talento\-humano/ **Position Requirements!** * Graduate and licensed professional in Social Work or Psychology. * More than 1 year of experience in the field. * Availability to work 45 hours per week. * Must reside in areas near the campus. **Main Responsibilities!** * Register, update data, update insurance, and remove family dependents from ESSALUD. * Carry out registration, affiliation, and de-affiliation of university staff insurance as required and upon request, as well as manage and supervise the EPS. * Assist staff with processing claims for sickness, maternity, and breastfeeding subsidies for payment through ESSALUD. * Coordinate, schedule, implement, and supervise social welfare campaigns, talks, and/or workshops for staff. * Coordinate and monitor inter-institutional agreements for the benefit of staff. * Coordinate and monitor the annual medical check-up campaign for EPS affiliates. * Record and monitor ESSALUD or private medical leaves in the university's system. * Conduct remote (Zoom or other systems), home, and hospital visits as the social case requires. * Provide information and/or personalized assistance to employees in cases of illness, accidents, or related issues, managing their corresponding justifications. * Supervise, monitor, and control sick leave, maternity and/or paternity leave, or serious illness of a direct family member, and others. * Propose, implement, manage, and monitor social welfare policies for university staff. * Handle requests for salary advances for personnel strictly related to health matters according to policies approved by Senior Management. * Manage care services at ESSALUD or SCTR in case of employee accidents. * Monitor and supervise the sustainability of the lactation room service on each campus, including information, dissemination, and promotion activities. * Promote ongoing training for female staff regarding their rights related to breastfeeding. * Other duties assigned by the National Coordinator of Organizational Development, Wellbeing, and Quality. **UCV Benefits!** * Payroll inclusion from the first day. * Educational and institutional agreements. * Pleasant work environment.
