WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * Minimum 6 months of work experience in customer service via chat or email through a Call Center (MANDATORY) * Committed, responsible, tolerant, dynamic, and proactive. * Strong writing and spelling skills. * Full availability for onsite work in Santiago de Surco, Monterrico (MANDATORY) * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (only within the 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. time frame) (MANDATORY) * Basic Excel and CRM proficiency. WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? * Provide customer service via email and register interactions in the CRM. * Meet daily performance targets.
