Key Responsibilities:* Meet monthly new loan disbursement targets according to your designated level (Junior, Senior, or Master). * Maintain strict control over current-month renewals as part of delivering excellent service to our customers. * Enforce credit policies in accordance with the methodology applied in the region where you provide services. * Recover loans to ensure portfolio quality with less than 3.0% PAR >30 days, per the month-end portfolio report. * Monitor compliance with protocols at each credit stage. * Conduct group visits punctually according to repayment frequency (weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, or monthly). * Ensure customers remain within VFM by delivering high-quality service. * Immediately monitor delinquency from the first day of arrears, ensuring payment to the group reference at institutions designated by the company. * Adhere to fraud prevention policies and procedures established by the institution for each customer. * Fulfill the organization’s mission, vision, values, and social impact objectives. * Participate in emergency training programs, drills, and activities held in locations affected by adverse events, disasters, emergencies, or incidents.
