**Gibson Investments**, a company dedicated to the management of buildings and condominiums, with over 15 years in the market, offers a fixed-security position at a building in San Borja, located at the level of the Javier Prado Oval, opposite the Jockey Exhibition Center **Main responsibilities:** * Control building access. * Register visitors and announce their arrival. * Manage parking control. * Clarify inquiries from residents or visitors. * Record incidents in the incident logbook. * Report daily incidents to supervisors. * Maintain the work area clean and orderly. * Register entry and exit of service providers upon prior authorization by residents or management. **Job requirements:** * Availability to work on Friday for a 24-hour shift from 7 a.m. to 7 a.m. (holiday pay is double); schedule may vary according to employer’s needs. * Preferably reside in areas adjacent to the district of San Borja. * Prior experience in similar positions (mandatory). * Completion of all three doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. * No police, criminal, or judicial records. * Mandatory dress code: white shirt, formal trousers, and formal shoes. * Must be available to work on public holidays. * Responsible, punctual, and service-oriented individual. **We offer:** * Compensation of S/. 120 per 24-hour shift. * Double pay for worked holidays. * Monthly payments issued via honorarium receipt.
