Preventive HSE approach and results-oriented mindset under pressure PROFILE REQUIREMENTS **Education:** Mining Engineer, Geologist, or related degree (licensed and authorized). **Experience:** Minimum 05 years of proven experience in QA/QC for Drilling and Blasting in Open-Pit operations. **Certifications:** Valid SUCAMEC ID card (mandatory). **Software and Tools:** Advanced proficiency in BlastLogic (non-negotiable). Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and macros). Strong data analysis and statistical reporting capabilities. **Competencies:** Leadership of operational teams, preventive HSE approach, and results-oriented mindset under pressure. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES **Operational Leadership:** Supervise and direct QA/QC activities at the worksite, ensuring 24/7 operational continuity. **Technical Validation:** Conduct and validate field measurements (depth, stemming, spacing) and ensure compliance with drilling and loading checklists. **Input Control:** Monitor consumption of explosives, blasting accessories, and performance of drill steels. **Data Management:** Input and process data in BlastLogic for blasting KPI analysis and generation of shift-based technical reports. **Quality Assurance:** Verify strict compliance of technical design specifications versus actual field execution. WORKING CONDITIONS **Work Schedule:** 10 days on duty followed by 10 days off (10x10). **Shifts:** Day shift (06:30 – 19:00) / Night shift (18:30 – 07:00). **Benefits:** Formal employment with all statutory benefits
