Manage their current customer portfolio by increasing client engagement and profitability through personalized commercial actions such as planned and structured visits. 2. Expand their portfolio by acquiring potential clients, following criteria defined by the bank. 3. Maintain within their personalized portfolio corporate clients (SMEs) and individual business owners established within their area of influence. 4. Implement commercial initiatives within their segments—whether centrally designed or self-initiated—within the assigned area of influence of their branch office, aiming to increase the number of clients and generate new business through previously planned visits under the Kit del Entorno coverage framework. 11. Provide comprehensive customer service, maintaining a consistent focus on service quality and guiding clients toward alternative channels. 12. Deliver comprehensive service, including certain contracting, front-office, and operational tasks (including those related to digitalization and migration). 13. Base all actions on the objectives and activities outlined in the Personal Management Plan prepared monthly by the Branch Manager. 14. Maintain ongoing awareness of the status, evolution, quality, and opportunities within the assigned portfolio using available tools. 15. Maintaining both quantitative and qualitative knowledge of each client in the portfolio is critical for effective management; therefore, updating client information during every interaction is continuous and prioritized. 16. Continuously monitor the live risk of portfolio clients, proactively responding to risk alerts and preventing possible deterioration in portfolio risk quality, leveraging appropriate tools. 17. Permanently manage overdue risks within the client portfolio to plan and execute necessary recovery actions. 18. Properly follow up on the PPG (Personal Performance Goals), related to assigned objectives and activities, making necessary corrections and adjustments in coordination with the Branch Manager. 19. Attend meetings scheduled by the Branch Manager, actively participating to achieve set objectives and fostering internal synergies within the branch's management team. 20. Inform the team during meetings about issues identified during management activities, relevant market developments, customer needs, etc. 21. Evaluate and analyze credit operations (lines, commercial loans, letters of credit, cards, etc.) and escalate them to the appropriate levels for approval, complementing the client file with the Customer Analysis Form. 22. Evaluate and propose any other pricing, terms, or conditions, as well as manage preferential fees when granting loans. Facilitate payment schedule simulations, register and link approved products in work tools, support document legalization, and manage documentation for products accepted by the client. 23. Responsibly resolve incidents or complaints with quality and promptness. 24. Consult and record customer information related to anti-money laundering activities. 25. Keep the database associated with their portfolio updated with high-quality information. 26. Perform other duties assigned by their supervisor in response to business needs. 27. Manage insurance sales. 28.
