We are currently recruiting professionals for the **Field Civil Engineer, Intermediate** position to join our team. **About the Role** * Ensure compliance with the defined scope, cost, schedule, and quality for civil discipline scopes (earthworks, access roads, dykes, tailings dams, and water dams). * Maintain smooth communication with the client to facilitate coordination with other client departments (Environmental and Operations departments). * Monitor contractor-provided resources (human, equipment, and materials) to ensure compliance with specifications during construction execution. * Promote adherence to the client’s health, safety, and environmental policies. * Promote implementation of quality controls during construction activities. * Review daily reports and contribute to weekly and monthly physical progress reports for civil discipline activities. * Review and validate specific work procedures. * Review contractor payment certificates, verifying quantities completed. * Track the contractor’s daily, weekly, and three-week activity schedules. **About You** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering – Licensed and registered with the professional engineering association * 7–12 years of experience in Process Plants (Mineral Processing) during construction or operations phases, specifically in earthworks, access roads, dykes, tailings dams, and water dams. * 5 years of mining experience (mandatory). * Knowledge of Safety Regulations. * Willingness and availability to work on-site. **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
