At **Paltarumi**, a leading plant in gold mineral processing located in Barranca, we are currently seeking a **Mechanic-Welder specialized in yellow line machinery**. The ideal candidate must have experience in maintenance, repair, and welding of heavy equipment used in the mining and industrial sectors. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in Maintenance Mechanics, Heavy Machinery Mechanics, or related fields. * Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in maintenance of yellow line machinery (front loaders, backhoes, skid steers, cranes, and dump trucks). * Solid knowledge of welding techniques. * Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical failures. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings. * Experience in industrial or mining plants (desirable). * Class A1 driver's license (desirable). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on yellow line equipment. * Carry out welding tasks on structures, components, and parts of heavy machinery. * Diagnose mechanical faults and propose efficient solutions. * Fabricate and/or repair parts using cutting, welding, and basic machining. * Maintain records of performed maintenance activities. * Ensure proper equipment operation to minimize downtime. * Strictly comply with plant safety procedures and standards. * Be responsible for the proper use of machines, tools, equipment, and materials. * Demonstrate teamwork, responsibility, punctuality, and honesty. **BENEFITS:** * 100% covered meals and accommodation. * Statutory benefits.
