Perform statistical calculation and analysis of operational equipment availability, maintainability, and reliability indicators. Identify critical failure modes based on collected data and develop action plans aimed at reducing failure-related downtime and its impact, by controlling, forecasting, and improving Maintenance KPIs. · How will you contribute to change? 1. Maintain records of system stoppage information from the Mine Control System and generate Maintenance KPI reports. 2. Establish a hierarchical equipment categorization for operations. 3. Manage and administer the maintenance event database and reliability, maintainability, and availability KPIs. 4. Prepare equipment- and failure-mode-level unavailability reports and Pareto charts. 5. Conduct statistical analysis and modeling of equipment failures using Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). 6. Develop Jack Knife diagrams at fleet, equipment, and failure-mode levels. 7. Facilitate indicator analysis meetings and ensure implementation of proposed solutions outlined in action plans. 8. Propose improvements to Preventive Maintenance plans, focusing on reliability. 9. Propose improvements to Predictive Maintenance plans, focusing on reliability. 10. Participate in reducing occupational injury and illness risks, as well as preventing environmental pollution within operational areas. 11. Comply with the SIG Policy and Integrated Management System documentation, pursuing continuous improvement within the scope of responsibilities. 12. Comply with the Internal Work Regulations, SSOMA Regulations, Business Conduct Guidelines, and other organizational safety, occupational health, and environmental standards and documents. 13. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of responsibilities. · What makes you unique? Education: Mechanical, Electrical, or related Technical degree; preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related Bachelor’s degree. Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar roles involving mining trucks. Statistical analysis experience. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Maintenance software proficiency.
