Hotel Company El Tumi is looking for a **KITCHEN ASSISTANT with the following profile:** ***Requirements*** \- Previous experience as a kitchen assistant. \- Good interpersonal skills ***Responsibilities:*** * Carry out mise en place as directed by chefs for daily service. * Keep baskets and refrigerated chamber clean and organized. * Assist logistics with the receipt of requested supplies. * Maintain all equipment and utensils clean and ready for use. * Prepare certain beverages and quick snacks according to chef instructions. * Properly separate organic and inorganic waste. * Support different kitchen sub-areas whenever required or instructed by the head chef. * Clean work areas and equipment after each use. * Correct use of provided PPE (personal protective equipment). * Perform other duties assigned related to the position by the immediate supervisor.
