Position Summary:
We are seeking a Lifting Assessment Supervisor - Instructor to lead operational planning, supervise, and validate assessments in accordance with applicable standards.

**We are currently seeking a Lifting Assessment Supervisor \- Instructor** to join an important mining sector project. We seek a licensed engineer with extensive experience in supervising lifting operations, certifying and training operators, riggers, and supervisors, as well as applying ASME B30 and ASME P30\.1\ standards.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead operational service planning and validate the monthly assessment schedule with the client.
* **Supervise on-site the correct implementation of theoretical and practical assessments, verifying compliance with ASME B30, ASME P30\.1, and applicable standards.**
* Technically validate assessment results, ensuring consistency among theoretical, practical, and behavioral performance.
* Review and approve issuance of Pass / Fail results prior to their release on the platform.
* Ensure proper collection of digital evidence (checklists, photos, 360° video) and maintain traceability.
* Manage and resolve technical or operational incidents during service execution.
* Coordinate with the client corrective actions, rescheduling, and operational adjustments.
* Lead preparation and validation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Participate in technical follow-up meetings with the client and present executive results.
* Conduct assessments when required.
**Academic Qualifications:**
* **Licensed professional engineer.**
* Certified instructor for operators, riggers, and lifting supervisors.
* Diploma certifying specific knowledge aligned with training equipment (mobile cranes, RT, AT, truck cranes, overhead cranes) and certification of lifting operators, riggers, and supervisors (national or international certifications).
**Specific Experience:**
* Minimum five (05\) years of experience in evaluation, planning, and supervision of lifting operations in compliance with ASME B30 and ASME P30\.1\ standards.
