We are currently seeking top talent to fill **Field Supervisor positions in Telecommunications in: Cajamarca, Ancash, Trujillo, and Huánuco.**
**Requirements:**
* Technical or university degree in telecommunications or electronics.
* 2 years of experience in the position.
* Experience using OTDR and interpreting reflectometric graphs, commissioning BBU and routers.
* Valid driver's license.
**Responsibilities:**
* Supervise external plant fiber optic network deployment (aerial, underground, or ducted), verifying correct installation and compliance with technical specifications.
* Supervise fusion splicing work and fiber organization, ensuring network quality standards.
* Verify fiber optic link testing and certification using measurement equipment (OTDR and power meters).
* Supervise installation and implementation of telecommunications equipment at radio base stations (RAN, BBU, antennas, switches, routers, and power systems).
* Coordinate technical testing, integration, and commissioning of installed equipment.
* Conduct field visits and collect technical information (TSS and fiber routes) for telecommunications projects.
* Coordinate and supervise fieldwork crews, ensuring adherence to technical procedures and schedules.
* Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and supervise compliance with safety regulations and PPE usage.
