




Job Summary: A professional with a valid professional license to supervise and ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS), coordinating activities and maintaining up-to-date documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) 2. Identify hazards and propose control measures (IPERC) 3. Coordinate safety trainings and safety talks **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields, with a valid professional license. * Peruvian occupational safety and health (OSH) legislation. * Hazard identification and risk assessment. * Safety performance indicator management. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS). * Identify hazards, assess risks, and propose control measures (IPERC). * Develop, update, and disseminate safe work procedures. * Verify proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Manage work permits (PETAR, ATS, working at heights, confined space work). * Coordinate safety trainings and safety talks (5-minute toolbox talks, inductions, etc.). * Maintain mandatory OSH-related documentation up to date. * Coordinate with clients or mining units to ensure HSE standard compliance. **Benefits:** * Formal employment contract from day one. * 100% statutory benefits. * Atypical work schedule: 14 days on / 7 days off — assigned to mining unit.
