This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in procurement processes for goods and services, supplier management, and administrative support. **Requirements:** * Student in the final cycles of Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Preferred: knowledge of logistics, imports, and customs clearance of goods (preferred). * Basic/intermediate English. * Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively. * Proactivity, organization, responsibility. **Main responsibilities:** * Process customs clearance for equipment, accessories, supplies, and imported goods in general. * Manage procedures for import insurance. * Prepare documentation for temporary imports. * Coordinate the entry of goods into the warehouse for subsequent dispatch. * Track timely submission of settlement documents by the customs broker and forward them to the Accounting/Payments department. * Ensure payments are made before the expiration date of the global guarantee. * Perform other tasks assigned by the Logistics Manager.
