Position Objective Provide comprehensive operational support for the online store, ensuring proper management of products, orders, invoicing, and dispatch, thereby guaranteeing an efficient shopping experience for customers. Duties and Responsibilities · Upload and update products on online sales platforms (descriptions, prices, stock levels, and images). · Manage orders received through the online store and marketplaces. · Issue invoices and sales receipts in accordance with current regulations. · Coordinate and carry out appropriate product packaging. · Prepare and manage product delivery or dispatch to customers. · Monitor order status until final delivery. · Maintain up-to-date product inventory records. · Provide basic customer support regarding order status. · Coordinate with courier or transportation services. **Requirements** · Prior experience in online stores, e-commerce, or digital sales (preferred). · Basic knowledge of electronic invoicing (preferred). · Proficiency in online sales platforms (Facebook, Mercado Libre, or others). · Ability to organize and control orders. · Capacity to work in an orderly and responsible manner. · Basic proficiency in digital tools (Excel, email, management systems). **Competencies** Organization and attention to detail.
