Lead the PMO for the solar park construction project, ensuring comprehensive and detailed EPC project planning, coordinating schedules, resources, costs, and risks to meet contractual milestones, regulatory deadlines, and business strategic objectives. Requirements ### **Requirements** * Degree in Civil, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in construction project planning and control. * Experience in EPC projects, preferably in renewable energy (solar or wind). * Advanced proficiency in MS Project. * Knowledge of EPC contract management and Earned Value Management (EVM). * Environmental and regulatory permitting management experience is desirable. * Availability for 100% on-site work at the construction site (Arequipa). ### **About the Project** We are seeking a **Planning and Control Engineer** to lead the comprehensive planning of an **EPC solar park construction project in Arequipa.** The role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual milestones, regulatory deadlines, and business strategic objectives through efficient management of schedule, resources, costs, and risks. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Define and manage the **Project Master Plan**, integrating engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup. * Coordinate detailed planning for: * Civil works * Structural erection * Module installation * Electrical systems * Substation and transmission lines * Energization * Manage resource planning (labor, equipment, contractors, and materials). * Identify and manage critical path, float, dependencies, and schedule risks. * Integrate regulatory, environmental, and permitting milestones into planning. * Implement progress control via: * S-curves * Earned Value Management (EVM) * Variance analysis * Assess technical, climatic, logistical, and contractual impacts. * Develop recovery scenarios and COD date forecasts. * Present executive planning reports to project management.
