Ensure compliance with processes and safety measures. . **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, organize, execute, and control all activities related to fuel sales and distribution processes and operations to achieve the strategic objectives of the assigned station. * Establish business relationships with new customers to generate business and acquire new clients. * Lead station personnel in achieving the company's strategic objectives and promote a positive work environment among subordinates. * Conduct periodic station inspections to supervise compliance with applicable processes and safety measures. **OTHER DUTIES:** * Comply with company procedures. * Ensure the operational efficiency and safety of the service station. * Monitor compliance with controls (inventory, cash, credit cards, vouchers, expenses, and assets). * Maintain service quality standards. * Preserve and maintain the station’s good image and appearance. * Ensure adequate fuel supply at the station. * Increase sales at the service station through corporate client outreach.
