Position Summary: We are seeking a data analyst to manage indicators, develop control dashboards, analyze information, and automate reports for decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Job Responsibilities: A. Indicator and Dashboard Management Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards for various company departments. Maintain up-to-date daily, weekly, and monthly management indicators. Propose new indicators to measure operational efficiency, schedule compliance, productivity, inventory turnover, and commercial performance. Information Analysis and Report Generation Deliver analytical reports on trends, patterns, deviations, and relevant variations in company data. Identify improvement opportunities based on historical, comparative, and operational data analysis. Prepare consolidated reports for Management, incorporating relevant information for decision-making. Analyze discrepancies between planned and executed activities in drying, milling, dispatch, procurement, sales, and inventory processes. Prepare campaign progress reports, including tons received, tons dried, tons milled, available stock, and fulfillment projections. Analyze inventory behavior by warehouse, farm, pampa, external mill, variety, campaign, product status, and location. Conduct product turnover analysis, stock aging, critical batches, pending processing items, and quality deviations. C. Information Flow and Documentation Design and deliver documentation to ensure efficient information flow between the Planning department and process owners. Develop templates, instructions, control matrices, and procedures to improve information capture, validation, and delivery. Define responsible parties, update frequency, data sources, and validation criteria for each report or indicator. Document business rules used in reports, dashboards, and databases. Maintain traceability of data sources, report versions, calculation criteria, and modifications made. D. Automation and Coordination with Systems Manage and track Systems department requirements needed to automate data collection, processing, and visualization. Gather automation needs from user departments and translate them into clear functional requirements for Systems. Validate with Systems the correct integration of data from internal systems, spreadsheets, forms, databases, and operational reports. Propose improvements to digital tools, automated reports, control dashboards, registration forms, and data loading processes. Track incidents related to data inconsistencies, duplication, loading errors, or lack of updates. E. Data Quality, Validation, and Cleansing Develop and implement data validation and quality control mechanisms to ensure information accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Identify, report, and cleanse data inconsistencies, ensuring organized and traceable data bases. Verify that information recorded by departments is complete, correct, and timely. Cross-check information across systems, files, and reports to detect differences or errors. Alert responsible departments about incomplete records, duplicate data, stock discrepancies, typing errors, or outdated information. Coordinate data correction with data entry personnel and validate corrected information. Requirements: Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Statistics, Administration, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science and Informatics, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience as a data analyst, information analyst, BI analyst, management control analyst, planning analyst, process analyst, planning assistant, production control assistant, reporting assistant, operations analyst, or similar roles. Knowledge of database development for indicator creation. Knowledge and skills in KPI design and monitoring. Knowledge of executive dashboard development. Knowledge of trend, pattern, and deviation analysis; data validation and cleansing. Knowledge of report automation. Knowledge of paddy rice intake analysis, industrial and artisanal drying, milling, yield, and loss. Knowledge of inventory, stock, and batch traceability control. Knowledge of dispatch, commercial order, and operational cost analysis. Knowledge of information flow documentation. Coordination skills for gathering requirements from various departments. Knowledge and skills in preparing consolidated reports for Management. Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Looker Studio, SQL, and Google Sheets.
