Professional development in project supervision **Join DECHINI's team as PROJECT MANAGER!** We are seeking a professional with a degree in **Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering**, to join the supervision team for an upcoming industrial cold plant project located in **Lambayeque**. We seek a candidate with experience leading or participating in projects involving \*industrial plants, cold plants, industrial warehouses, or industrial logistics centers\*, and who can operate effectively within a multidisciplinary construction environment. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES?** * Integrate into the team responsible for supervising a multidisciplinary industrial project. * Participate in the technical and planning follow-up of the project. * Coordinate technical information related to the various project fronts. * Apply planning and control tools for construction progress tracking. * Contribute prior experience in industrial plants, logistics infrastructure, or cold installations. **THE PROFILE WE SEEK:** * Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical/Mechanical Engineer, **licensed**. * Minimum **8 years of general experience and 4 years in similar roles**. * Experience in **industrial plants, cold plants, industrial warehouses, or industrial logistics centers**. * Advanced proficiency in **MS Project and Office**, as well as AutoCAD. * Familiarity with **BIM/Revit**, technical English, and refrigeration installation experience is desirable. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Payroll-based employment. * Participation in a highly interactive multidisciplinary industrial project. * Integration into DECHINI's technical team. * Professional development within a project supervision environment.
