POSITION PROFILE: * Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, reception, or related fields. * Excellent communication skills and courteous demeanor. * Basic proficiency in digital tools and reservation management. * Good personal presentation, empathy, and proactive attitude. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Availability for rotating shifts (afternoons and nights). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet and welcome customers with kindness and professionalism. * Manage reservations, confirmations, and table assignments. * Coordinate with the service, bar, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations. * Provide information about promotions, events, and menus. * Handle inquiries or complaints with empathy and efficiency. * Maintain order and appearance of the reception area. * Assist in organizing special events or group gatherings. * Follow the rooftop's service and hospitality protocols.
