Your Mission: You will not only sell furniture—you will serve as a consultant helping our customers transform their spaces, delivering a purchasing experience built on trust, technical expertise, and exclusivity. What We Look for in You: Education: Completed or incomplete technical or university studies (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields). Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in customer service or sales (preferably in retail or design sectors). Core Values: Absolute honesty, commitment to team objectives, and excellent personal presentation. Skills: Fluent communication, active listening ability, and results orientation. Your Key Responsibilities: - Advise customers in the showroom regarding materials, ergonomics, and style. - Identify and prospect real estate projects within your area. - Follow up with prospects and close sales. - Maintain store order, cleanliness, and aesthetics (basic visual merchandising). - Report progress and achievement of commercial targets.
