ROAD CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR **Project Location: Cusco** JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a **highly qualified professional** to assume the position of **Road Construction Supervisor**, responsible for ensuring the correct execution of the project and guaranteeing compliance with **technical, economic, contractual, and administrative standards**, in accordance with applicable regulations and established objectives. **REQUIREMENTS AND PROFESSIONAL PROFILE ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION** * **Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.** * Minimum total professional experience of **08 years**, duly certified by a copy of the diploma confirming registration with the corresponding Professional Association and a **valid license**. * Completion of **specialized diplomas and/or courses related to the project** will be considered an advantage. **GENERAL EXPERIENCE** * Minimum of **04 years of experience** serving as a **Construction Supervisor, Resident Engineer, or Inspector**, accrued within the specified period and calculated from the date of professional registration, as applicable. * Experience may have been gained in **public and/or private entities**. **SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE** * Minimum of **24 months of accumulated experience** as a **Supervisor and/or Inspector on similar construction projects**, as defined in this call. * Solid experience in the specialty of **road, port, and related infrastructure works**. * Proven experience in **road construction projects**, including: * National, departmental, and provincial highways. * Bridges. * Urban roads. * Pavements and sidewalks. * Bicycle lanes. * Urban pedestrian and vehicular bridges. * Pedestrian crossings. * Rural roads. **TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE** * Accredited training in **construction execution, supervision, and settlement**, project management, Tax-for-Works (Obras por Impuestos), and/or construction scheduling. * Proficiency in **project management, planning, and control tools**, such as: * **MS Project** * **Lean Construction** * **Last Planner System** * Other tools related to construction management and planning.
