Mission or objective: Provide technical-operational support in the preparation, handling, and application of blasting products in underground mining, ensuring correct execution of established procedures, compliance with safety standards, and customer satisfaction. Functions: * Coordinate all tasks related to blasting zone operations. * Report blasting operation results to the technical support team through reports. * Verify blasting activities before, during, and after execution to ensure compliance with established requirements. * Correctly apply technical procedures for rock blasting operations. * Conduct quality inspections of field operations and provide timely feedback to the technical support team. * Address operational supervisors’ and Enaex field team’s requirements. * Collaborate in resolving technical-operational issues arising during rock blasting activities. * Collect customer observations regarding products and/or services and channel them to superiors. * Maintain smooth communication with peers and shift supervisors to ensure continuity of operations. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in underground mining operations. * Technical degree in Mining, Drilling and Blasting, or related fields. * Knowledge of underground blasting procedures, drilling and loading equipment. * National regulations concerning explosives and blasting accessories. * Basic proficiency in electronic initiation system instruments (Desirable). * Knowledge of blasting instrumentation (Desirable). * Basic proficiency in MS Office software. * Driver’s license A-IIB (Desirable). * Availability to work under mining shift regime.
