Position Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Shift Manager for Cineplanet Cusco, responsible for supervising operations, security, and personnel to ensure operational and service excellence. Supervise and control cinema operations. Lead personnel under your supervision (box office, ticketing, concession stand, and projection). Ensure operational and service excellence. Oversee achievement of objectives. Requirements: Graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
