This is BCP—and we are looking for you to join our team as a CUSTOMER ADVISOR – CUSCO. What is the challenge? Provide comprehensive advisory services, demonstrating genuine knowledge and interest, along with customer service aligned to the established experience standards of the WOW Safe service model—thereby building trust and security with customers. How will you achieve it? Deliver high-quality service, demonstrating service orientation and customer focus. Identify customers’ needs during their interactions to successfully sell the Bank’s products and services. Participate in weekly meetings to stay updated on new policies and regulations. What do we require from you? University students from the 3rd semester onward, or technical graduates in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Administration, Communications, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience selling financial products. Availability to work Monday–Friday, 1:20 PM–7:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:20 AM–2:00 PM. Why join our team?
