JOB OBJECTIVE: To plan, direct, and control operational activities, overseeing the formalization of approved loans, verifying compliance with approval conditions, and disbursing funds according to current regulations and procedures. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Improve, guarantee, and ensure compliance with the company’s regulatory system and applicable national regulations. • Ensure implementation of corrective measures recommended by Internal Audit, External Audit, and external supervisory bodies. • Supervise that the member service platform correctly enters information into the system, validating existing data and reporting errors or issues to the Head of the Information Technology Department. • Responsible for vault and teller window management. • Provide timely and accurate information regarding features, requirements, and other conditions associated with the products and services offered by the institution, as stipulated in the Transparency Regulation. • Respond to inquiries, requests, and complaints from users or potential users; stamp received documents from members and the general public as proof of receipt. • Carry out any other duties assigned within the scope of their competence. REQUIREMENTS: • Professionals in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. • Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations or similar roles within financial institutions. • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, email).
