Job Summary: We are seeking a Visual Assistant to maintain visual image and order in-store, implement events, and design new decorations to support sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain visual image and order in displays and focal points. 2. Implement events and create new decorations to support sales. 3. Train staff on decoration maintenance. A leading Peruvian retail company requires top talent to fill the position of Visual Assistant for its Cusco branch. Requirements: Technical studies in Interior Design or Fashion Design. DESIRABLE Strong knowledge of space, color, and design; commercial design and decoration. DESIRABLE Must reside in Cusco. · RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain visual image and order in displays and focal points within the assigned area. Implement events directed at your area according to instructions and scheduled timelines. Use assigned Visual materials correctly within your area. Train and inform department staff on maintaining executed decorations. Create and design new decorations to support sales force. Assemble and disassemble various campaigns and events. Ensure mannequins are properly dressed. Set up displays and corners according to instructions received. Distribute and position furniture in-store according to instructions received.
