We are seeking to incorporate into our team an: Production Operator – Palo Santo Incense. **Position:** Production Operator – Incense **Location:** Santiago de Surco **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday \| 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. **Employment Type:** Payroll – MYPE Regime **Responsibilities** * Prepare, shape, and form Palo Santo incense. * Perform drying, packaging, and labeling of finished products. * Ensure quality, precise measurements, and appropriate presentation of each incense stick. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the production area. * Comply with safety, hygiene, and good manufacturing practices. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Prior experience in manual labor, artisanal production, or similar activities is desirable (not mandatory). * Good manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks. * Responsibility, punctuality, and willingness to carry out operational work. * Availability for standing manual work. **We Offer** * Inclusion in the MYPE payroll and statutory benefits. * Training in artisanal incense production processes. * Opportunity to join a sustainable company with purpose and international projection.
