




Job Description In our pharmaceutical company, we are looking for an organized, responsible, and proactive person for the **Billing** department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receiving and recording orders. * Issuing invoices, credit notes, and voiding vouchers. * Organizing and coordinating orders with the warehouse for product dispatch. * Recording and monitoring purchase orders. * Supporting the sales team: sales tracking, reporting, and administrative assistance. * Drafting letters and communications to customers. * Updating and managing price lists (Lima and Provinces). **Profile We Are Seeking:** * Technical studies in accounting, administration, or related fields. * Experience in billing and administrative processes. * Proficiency in Excel and billing systems. * Organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Location:** Surquillo **Application:** Send CV to yoselimsanchezen@gmail.com Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,400.00 – S/.1,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
