




Job Summary: Quality Coordinator with experience in the food agro-industry to manage documentation, ensure product quality and safety, and lead internal and external audits. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures compliance with regulations such as GMP, PHS, and HACCP. **An Agro-Industrial Company requires a Quality Coordinator** with experience in the food sector. **The ideal candidate must meet the following profile:** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manages documentation: Document coding * Reviews and distributes documentation * Ensures product quality and safety * Maintains the Quality Manual up to date and ensures its dissemination * Facilitates communication across different departments * Ensures compliance with GMP, PHS, and HACCP * Verifies implementation of equipment and measurement instrument calibration programs * Reports daily progress and incidents using the BPM/HACCP Control Form * Ensures effectiveness of documentation management, corrective and preventive actions * Supports implementation of the Quality Management System by training and advising staff * Develops the Annual Internal Audit Program, conducts and leads internal audits * Convenes meetings and assigns responsibility for responding to customer complaints and claims, performs follow-up, and maintains records of complaints and claims * Responsible for Pest Control Management * Assists external auditors during each plant visit * Plans, coordinates, and oversees physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses of raw materials, inputs, and finished products * Develops and implements a supplier audit program * Reviews, directs, and updates HACCP plans and convenes periodic HACCP team meetings * Evaluates the performance of personnel under supervision * Avoids unnecessary consumption of resources: personnel, materials, water, energy, etc. * Develops and implements staff training programs **REQUIREMENTS:** * University degree (Food Engineering, Agro-Industrial Engineering, or related fields) * Availability to work in Pachacamac (Manchay) \- * NOTES: (Preferably reside in ATE, VILLA MARIA DEL TRIUNFO, VILLA EL SALVADOR, LURIN, PACHACAMAC, or LA MOLINA) * Minimum 3 years of experience in this position * Knowledge of food quality control * Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards * Leadership and supervisory skills * Data organization and analysis capabilities * Effective communication skills * Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.3,500\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
