Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Accounting Assistant to record daily transactions, prepare financial reports, reconcile accounts, and assist with tax filings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recording of transactions and preparation of financial reports. 2. Assistance with tax filings and petty cash control. 3. Collaboration on administrative and accounting tasks. **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** We are seeking a proactive and organized Accounting Assistant to join our team at **CONTRATISTAS GENERALES REA S.A.C .** **Responsibilities:** * Recording of daily accounting transactions. * Review and classification of accounting documents. * Assistance in preparing financial reports and income statements. * Bank and supplier account reconciliations. * Petty cash control and payment processing. * Collaboration in preparing tax filings. * Maintenance of accounting ledgers. * Other administrative and accounting tasks as required by the department. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Accounting. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions (preferred). * Proficiency in accounting software. * Knowledge of accounting principles and local tax regulations. * Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. * Availability from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. * Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. * Proactive attitude, organizational skills, and teamwork orientation.
