Join the best team and transcend as: **General Maintenance Professional Intern, Industrial Electricity Professional Intern, Sewing Machine Maintenance Professional Intern.** **Requirements:** * Graduate Technician in Industrial Electricity, Maintenance Mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 months of experience (preferred). * Strong desire for learning and professional growth. * Availability to work 100% on-site in Chincha. **Responsibilities \- General Maintenance Professional Intern:** * Support mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance: lubrication, adjustment, alignment, replacement of worn parts. * Conduct machinery operation inspections: vibrations, abnormal noises, oil level, temperature. * Assist in disassembly and assembly of components: bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, pumps, shafts. * Operate basic hand and mechanical tools: wrenches, torque wrenches, pullers, presses, pneumatic tools, drills, grinders, etc. * Record technical information and consumables: maintenance checklists, used spare parts, and operating hours. **Responsibilities \- Industrial Electricity Professional Intern:** * Support electrical preventive and corrective maintenance: inspect panels, motors, wiring, protection devices, and sensors. * Perform basic electrical measurements: use of multimeter, clamp meter, megohmmeter, etc. * Assist in installation of electrical equipment: conduits, wiring, mounting of lighting fixtures, motors, or panels. * Document maintenance activities: completion of checklists, fault reports, and work order tracking. * Comply with electrical safety standards: PPE, lockout-tagout (LOTO), working at heights, hazard identification. **Responsibilities \- Sewing Machine Maintenance Professional Intern:** * Basic preventive maintenance: lubricating machines, adjusting thread tension, replacing needles (due to breakage or blunting)**.** * Corrective maintenance: assisting with simple repairs on sewing machines. * Equipment preparation: helping prepare and verify proper functionality of machines and tools to be used.
