Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Social Welfare Assistant committed to human development and workplace climate to manage administrative procedures, implement wellness programs, and monitor social cases. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the administration of administrative procedures before ESSALUD. 2. Implement employee wellness and workplace climate programs. 3. Monitor social and health-related cases. Our organization, a leader in the agro-industrial sector, is currently seeking a **Social Welfare Assistant**, passionate about human development and workplace climate, to join our People Management team. **What do we require?** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or graduate in Social Work (Mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years performing similar duties, preferably in the agro-industrial sector or companies with large operational payroll systems. * **Knowledge:** Solid expertise in ESSALUD procedures (maternity leave, subsidies, registrations) and up-to-date knowledge of current labor legislation. * **Skills:** Intermediate-level Excel proficiency, strong empathy, assertive communication, and conflict resolution abilities. * **Availability:** Must be available to reside at the farm \- Pisco (camp) from Monday to Friday. **What will your responsibilities be?** * **Assist** in administering administrative procedures before ESSALUD by validating subsidy files to ensure timely recovery of medical leaves and economic benefits. * **Assist** in implementing employee wellness and workplace climate programs through organizing events and celebrations to strengthen employees’ sense of belonging and commitment. * **Assist** in monitoring social and health-related cases via home visits or situational diagnostics to guarantee comprehensive support for workers and their families. * **Assist** in updating personnel databases and beneficiaries using internal systems to maintain accurate and current social security information. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Opportunity to join a leading company experiencing continuous growth and expansion. * Career progression paths and professional development opportunities. * Ongoing training and an excellent work environment. * Transportation between farm and camp, and vice versa.
