Job Summary: We are seeking a culinary and bakery professional to prepare products, assist in preparing menu items, and maintain hygiene and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Bakery and pastry product preparation. 2. Assistance in cooking, baking, and order dispatch. 3. Maintenance of order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. \* Prepare ingredients (mise en place) for daily production. \* Produce bakery and pastry items (e.g., bread, croissants, cookies, brioche). \* Prepare and plate menu items following recipes and establishment standards. \* Assist in cooking, baking, plating, and order dispatch. \* Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. \* Monitor product quality and proper storage of supplies. \* Collaborate as part of a team to meet production and service requirements. Requirements: \* Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen, bakery, and/or pastry work. \* Knowledge of menu item preparation. \* Responsible, punctual, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Compensation: \* Salary starting from S/ 1,400, commensurate with experience and performance. Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
