If you want to join us and become part of a great team, this is the place for you! **What will be your mission and main responsibilities?** Support the management and implementation of social welfare programs and labor benefits by administering health-related procedures, organizing corporate events, and monitoring field conditions to promote the holistic well-being of collaborators, ensure compliance with current regulations, and strengthen the organizational climate. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in administrative procedures before ESSALUD by validating subsidy files to ensure timely recovery of medical leaves and economic benefits. * Assist in implementing welfare and workplace climate programs through organizing events and celebrations to strengthen collaborators’ sense of belonging and commitment. * Assist in tracking social and health cases via home visits or situational diagnostics to guarantee comprehensive support for workers and their families. * Assist in updating personnel databases and beneficiaries using internal systems to maintain up-to-date and accurate social security information. REQUIREMENTS **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Social Work (Mandatory). * Minimum 2 years of experience performing similar functions in the agro-industrial sector. * Solid knowledge of ESSALUD procedures (maternity leave, subsidies, registrations) and familiarity with current labor legislation. * Intermediate Excel proficiency, high empathy, assertive communication, and conflict resolution skills. * Willingness to reside at the farm \- Pisco (camp). **CORE COMPETENCIES** Proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills, methodical and analytical thinking, attention to detail, positivity, and teamwork orientation. **LOCATION** Pisco, Peru. *At Surexport, we value diversity as a strategic asset and commit to equal opportunity across all our selection processes.
