If you want to join us and become part of a great team, this is the place for you! **What Will Be Your Mission and Key Responsibilities?** Analyze, consolidate, and transform quality data and integrated management systems into strategic information using statistical tools and reporting models to ensure compliance with commercial standards, meet performance indicators, and facilitate reliable, data-driven decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Collect, consolidate, and validate field fruit evaluation data to ensure the reliability of quality indicators and integrated management systems. * Record, analyze, and report crop phenological data to support productive planning and forecasting of quality and integrated management systems. * Process and analyze data related to fruit condition, caliber, firmness, and color to identify trends enabling adjustments in crop management and maximizing the percentage of exportable fruit. * Consolidate information for monitoring quality indicators and integrated management systems to verify compliance with commercial standards required by each destination market. * Design and maintain updated quality and integrated management system management reports (KPIs) to facilitate operational performance monitoring and early detection of process deviations. * Integrate information from production, field, packing, and commercial departments to ensure consistency, integrity, and traceability of information across the entire value chain. * Provide analytical support during fruit evaluations and internal audits to underpin continuous improvement initiatives and enhance efficiency levels in quality and integrated management system management. REQUIREMENTS **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of agricultural and production indicator management. * Familiarity with agricultural systems (ERP, field applications, etc.) and technical report preparation. * Minimum of three (3) years’ experience performing similar functions in the agro-industrial sector. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Advanced Power BI proficiency. * High capacity for empathy, assertive communication, and conflict resolution. * Willingness to reside at the campsite (Pisco). **CORE COMPETENCIES** Proactive individual with organizational and communication skills, methodical and analytical mindset, detail-oriented, positive attitude, and team-oriented. **LOCATION** Pisco, Peru. *At Surexport, we value diversity as a strategic asset and commit to equal opportunity throughout all our selection processes.
