




REQUIREMENTS: · Technical degree in Accounting or related field · Intermediate level office software skills · Experience with accounting systems (Siscont preferred) · Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting roles. · Female candidates preferred. · Knowledge of purchase recording, sales recording, invoicing, handling payment vouchers, and Retentions · Schedule: Monday \- Friday from 8:00 am\- 6:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm · Must reside in districts near Puente Piedra · Market competitive salary\- subject to evaluation. · Immediate availability RESPONSIBILITIES: · Record purchase and sales invoices in the accounting system. · Issue electronic invoices, credit notes, and payment receipts · Review purchase invoices or payment vouchers for validity. · Review receivable invoices and send collection emails to customers · Download and print invoices · Prepare and maintain updated physical and digital accounting records · Assist in preparing documentation for client delivery, \- Printing receipts and assisting in distribution to staff. · Perform other duties assigned within the scope of competence.
