Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Psychologist to provide support for the Mental Health Program Advisory and Consulting Service, conducting diagnostics and designing preventive actions. Continuous professional development. **IGH Group**, a company dedicated to talent search and management, is seeking a **Senior Psychologist** to provide support for the **Mental Health Program Advisory and Consulting Service**. **Employment Conditions:** * **Workplace:** Smelting and Refining Plant, Pisco – Ica (On-site during operations). * **Work Modality:** On-site at the plant. * **Labor Regime:** 5x2 schedule. * **Working Hours:** 7 a.m. \- 7 p.m. **Requirements:** **Academic Requirements:** * University degree in Psychology, duly registered and issued by a recognized institution. * Valid professional license and registration with the Peruvian College of Psychologists (**Mandatory**). **Professional Requirements:** * Minimum **5 years** of professional experience in applied psychology within organizational and/or occupational contexts. * Proven experience in **medium- and high-complexity operations**, specifically in: **\- Industrial, mining, smelting, refining, or related sectors.** \- Participation in **mental health programs, human factors, safety culture, and/or safe behavior initiatives**. **Responsibilities** * Conduct psychosocial risk assessments and participate in developing the program’s baseline. * Design and implement preventive actions promoting mental health and self-care. * Develop and facilitate workshops strengthening emotional and behavioral competencies. * Provide non-clinical psychological guidance and support with a preventive focus. * Analyze program data and generate periodic technical reports. * Participate in monitoring the safety culture and human factors program. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Mental Health Program through technical recommendations. **Knowledge and Technical Competencies** * Postgraduate diploma, master’s degree, or specialization in: **Occupational Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Health Psychology, Human Factors** applied to safety, and **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)** with a mental health focus.
