**Job Description** A leading company in its field dedicated to the manufacturing of Concrete Poles requires a Quality Control Assistant for the Concrete Pole Production process. Minimum one year of experience in the concrete products, aggregates, and prefabricated items sector or similar, performing ISO 9001 quality procedures, document management, form filling, etc. **Requirements:** * Preferably graduated from Capeco, Sencico, or a Technical Program in Concrete and Soil Laboratory, and/or willing to specialize. (not exclusive) * Graduated from Civil Engineering and/or Industrial Engineering * Desirable one-year experience in construction companies performing tasks in concrete quality control. * Desirable experience working in Concrete Plants. * Must reside in the northern outskirts: Puente Piedra, Comas, Carabayllo, Los Olivos, Independencia, SMP, Ventanilla, Ancon. * Knowledge in concrete sampling, slump tests, specimens, and aggregates. * Knowledge of ASTM, ACI, NTP, and RNC standards and testing procedures. * Knowledge of material technology, concrete technologies, civil construction, and laboratory testing. * Intermediate level in MS Office. * Indicate salary expectations including benefits and payroll requirements. * Salary negotiable. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Verify tools and equipment in the work area. * Organize daily tasks with assigned personnel. * Perform concrete pours according to provided mix designs. * Prepare aggregates for mix design development. * Conduct fresh and hardened concrete testing. * Monitor and sample concrete produced at the plant. * Break concrete cylinder samples for mix design verification. * Fulfill related or additional duties assigned by higher management. * Comply with activities outlined in the integrated quality management system ISO 9001\. * Assist in other activities and/or tasks assigned by higher management. **Skills and Attitudes:** * Effective communication: Clearly and understandably conveys messages. * Self-control: Ability to keep emotions under control in stressful situations. * Flexibility: Quick adaptation to unexpected events. * Empathy: Kindness, cordiality, good treatment; understands and listens to stakeholder needs and treats them as their own.
