**Job Description** A construction company is seeking to hire a FIELD ENGINEER - Hospital Puente Piedra. **Requirements** * Graduated in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Proficient in AutoCAD * Proficient in ERP S10 – Budget Module (Essential) * Minimum 3 years of experience in construction execution * Intermediate level proficiency in Ms Project * Intermediate to Advanced level proficiency in Excel * Proficient in Revit **Responsibilities:** * Prepare the Monthly Lookahead. * Plan, schedule, execute, and supervise construction activities in coordination with the site coordinator. * Support in managing and monitoring construction progress and adherence to the project schedule, in coordination with the site coordinator. * Weekly report on the fulfillment of the monthly schedule. * Verify drawings, technical specifications, descriptive memorandum, and budget for purchasing major construction materials. * Support coordination with the foreman and involved personnel regarding construction progress (daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly), validating completed work and task releases. * Communicate achieved progress to the BIM coordinator. * Manage available construction materials. * Assist, review, and validate construction measurements for overall work and individual control items. * Support preparation of construction valuations. * Comply with guidelines and directives established by General Management. * Perform other job-related duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **Competencies**: * Commitment * Analytical Skills * Teamwork * Proactivity * Confidentiality Working Hours: Monday to Saturday Contract Duration: 6 months (Renewable) Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.4,000.00 - S/.6,000.00 per month Application Questions: * In which districts of Lima do you reside? * How many years have you been licensed? * Do you have experience working on hospitals?
