Recording and reporting of incidents and deviations QUALITY ASSISTANT – PISCO **MONT BLANC EXPORT S.R.L.** is seeking a **Quality Assistant** to join our team in Pisco. Main Responsibilities * Support quality control of hydrobiological products during receipt, processing, freezing, and storage stages. * Verify compliance with company-established hygiene, food safety, and good practice procedures. * Conduct temperature monitoring and record keeping for products, environments, and refrigerated chambers. * Support inspection of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products. * Record and report incidents, deviations, or non-conforming products. * Maintain up-to-date and organized quality department records and documents. * Support follow-up of corrective and preventive actions. * Verify compliance with cleaning and disinfection procedures. * Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure adherence to established standards. * Support during inspections, audits, or other quality- and food-safety-related requirements. * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements * Technician, final-year student, or graduate in **Fisheries Engineering, Food Industry Engineering, Biology, Agroindustrial Engineering, or related fields**. * Prior experience in quality control within fish processing plants, food facilities, or frozen product operations is desirable. * Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and food safety. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Ability to prepare and maintain control records. * Availability to work on-site in **Pisco**.
