




Position Summary: A leading courier company is seeking an operations assistant with experience in customer coordination, personnel management, and administrative management. Key Points: 1. Valued experience in state entities A leading courier company requires an Administrative Assistant for its Operations Department, with one (1) year of verifiable work experience in the position, preferably in courier companies, logistics operators, freight companies, or similar organizations; advanced Excel proficiency; completed studies in Administration, Computer Science, Public Relations, or related fields. EXPERIENCE IN STATE ENTITIES OR PROVIDING SERVICES TO SUCH ENTITIES WILL BE VALUED. Responsibilities include: customer coordination, responding to correspondence, personnel management, preparing payroll settlements, and other directives issued by management. Full-time employment, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Workplace located in Lince. Candidates must demonstrate teamwork orientation, proactivity, good interpersonal skills, strong writing ability, and experience managing work teams. Monthly payments via honorarium receipt on the 6th of each month. Evaluation period: 3 months.
