Job Summary: We are seeking a Sanitation Coordinator with experience in pest management and budgeting to ensure blueberry food safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of weekly phytosanitary application planning 2. Management of agrochemical requirements and supply 3. Supervision of compliance with food safety standards for export On behalf of our client, we are searching for a Blueberry Sanitation Coordinator (Pisco\-Ica). Requirements: * \- Degree in Agronomy Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields. * \- Preferably specialized in Plant Health. * \- Minimum 4 years of experience, including at least 3 years in similar positions. * \- Knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM). * \- Familiarity with Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs) and Global GAP. * \- Experience in agricultural cost and budget management. * \- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. * \- Must reside in Pisco. Responsibilities: * •Coordinate the development of the weekly phytosanitary application plan with the Head of Department and Production. * •Manage agrochemical and biological material requirements and supply with the Logistics Department. * •Analyze field evaluation reports and action thresholds for major pests. * •Lead supervisors and evaluators in implementing monitoring checklists. * •Supervise adherence to pre-harvest intervals and re-entry periods after applications to ensure harvested fruit meets export food safety standards. * •Support the integrated quality management system within their department.
